About this experience

SOLD OUT. Barkerville Blacksmith Charles O'Connell hosts an interactive and entertaining overview of the sights and sounds of Barkerville as thriving industrial town along the Cariboo Waggon Road, including the great Barkerville Fire of 1868, while demonstrating the artistry and importance of gold rush ironworkers from the Cameron & Ames Blacksmith Shop. This session is only available to one classroom at a time, so your students can gather virtually to ask questions and interact with our hosts in real-time.

Duration: 60 minutes.
Availability: Weekdays at 9:00 am and 10:30 am (PST)
